This is the personal website of Alexandre Loureiro Solleiro, hi :)
I am a 30 year old web producer and entrepreneur. I recently founded Manybots, a post-digital IT company.
The company's main product is the Manybots platform: a super inbox and market for your personal information. It also produces cool applications that help you master your personal information systems. Additionally, we help our clients shape their products and companies in a post-digital world: where are all things are digital and can be more tightly connected.
I am also a partner at Quodis, a creative web boutique, and a co-founder of Liberdade 229, a premium coworking space.
All this is happening in Lisbon, Portugal, where I live since 2008.
Professionally, the things I enjoy the most are creating companies and creating apps. I see a parallel in the way you envision, design and code an app to empower its user, and the way you structure and shape a culture that empowers a team to deliver great results in a great environment. It's two different skill sets, but there are two common players: humans and systems. There's a flow, and it's thrilling. That's where Manybots operates.
Semi-professionally, I like writing. I'd probably have more to show for it if I were more dedicated to the task.
Personally, I like loads of stuff. I'm curious. I'm Brazilian and Portuguese and have lived, worked and studied in several different countries and cities. As a result I speak Portuguese, French, English and Spanish and am a foreigner everywhere.
I have a BSc in Business Administration and I write code in Ruby.
I don't know if people actually get contacts from the ending notes of their About page, but I still hope I'll hear from you...
As a parting note: once, a journalist managed to find my phone number through this website and called me. Google analytics can't tell that story -- what system could?
